Yarn Packing Automation
Automatic bobbin packing, bagging, boxing and palletizing systems for spinning mills.
Step 1 · Cone feeding
Choose how cones enter the packing line.

JetStore
The operator brings the cones and loads them into JetStore, which buffers and feeds them to the packing machine.

Pallet Depalletizer
Cones arrive stacked on pallets; a gantry depalletizer picks them layer by layer and feeds the packing machine with no operator loading.

Robotic Trolley Unloading
An industrial robot takes the cones from peg trolleys and feeds them to the packing machine automatically.
Details →Step 2 · Cone wrapping
JetPack wraps each cone in film — with optional UV check, color detection, weighing and inside-cone labeling.
Step 3 · Cone stacking
Wrapped cones go to one of three lines: sack/heat-sealed shrink bagging, boxing, or cone palletizing.
A · Bagging or heat-sealed shrink bag

Cone Sack Filling Machine
Fills individually bagged cones into single- or double-layer sacks (sack 600–1300 × 600–1400 mm), 650 cones per hour. The operator fits the sack onto the machine and sews the sack mouth after filling. JetBag is available in horizontal and vertical types. Shrink-type bagging is a separate category.

Cone Bag Heat Sealing & Shrink
Works with heat sealing, without a traditional sack: the machine automatically forms the bag itself. If necessary, the bag can pass through a heating oven for more shrinking. Production is also 650 cones per hour in that case, 4 kW.

Box erection can be done automatically or manually. The cones coming from the JetPack are collected according to the customer's boxing pattern — e.g. 2×3 double layer, 3×3 double layer, 3×4 double layer, or single layer. The system then picks all the cones and places them inside the box. After that, box closing, taping and, if required, strapping are automatic; box weighing and labelling are also automatic. Carton 400–600 × 500–800 × 350–700 mm, 500 cones per hour.

Wrapped cones are placed directly on pallets in a selectable pattern. Contact us for a layout for your mill.
