Bobbin Boxing Machine
Box erection can be done automatically or manually. The cones coming from the JetPack are collected according to the customer's boxing pattern — e.g. 2×3 double layer, 3×3 double layer, 3×4 double layer, or single layer. The system then picks all the cones and places them inside the box. After that, box closing, taping and, if required, strapping are automatic; box weighing and labelling are also automatic. Carton 400–600 × 500–800 × 350–700 mm, 500 cones per hour.
Optional · Box palletizer (gantry)
At the end of the boxing line, a gantry palletizer picks the box and places it on the pallet according to the customer's pattern. When the number of layers selected by the operator is reached, the full pallet is automatically transferred to the stretch machine and wrapped automatically. The complete pallet can also be weighed and labelled.
