Automatic Yarn Bobbin Packing
Wraps each cone in polyethylene film without touching the yarn and without adhesive, tucking the excess film into the cone so the yarn is sealed from air. About 4 seconds per cone, 900 cones per hour. Cones arrive from JetStore (manual loading) or automatically from the depalletizer. Options: UV contamination control (abraj), paper cone colour detection, single-cone weighing with automatic rejection, and a label placed inside the cone. Wrapped cones go straight on to bagging, boxing or palletizing — or the operator can take them off for manual handling.

Optional · Inside-cone labeling
Labels can be printed according to your requirements or using information received from your ERP system, then applied inside the cone. Inside-cone labeling can be integrated into the JetPack line as an optional feature.
Optional · Single-cone weighing with auto ejection
Every cone coming down the line is weighed individually. If the weight falls within the lower and upper limits you set, the cone passes on to wrapping. If it is outside the limits, the cone is automatically ejected from the line — so faulty or under-wound cones never reach packing.
