Automatic Cone Palletizing Line
Wrapped cones coming from JetPack are picked automatically by the gantry and placed on the pallet in the pattern defined by the customer — 4 × 4, 5 × 5, 4 × 5 or 6 × 6. The number of layers is selected from the screen, up to 14 or 15 layers. The gantry automatically picks the separator sheet from its designated place and places it on each layer. When the predefined number of layers is complete, the pallet transfers automatically to the stretch wrapper. At the same station, the weight of the complete pallet is measured and a label is placed on it. All these operations run automatically — the operator receives the final, ready pallet.
