Dyeing House Automation
A complete automation system for the dye house: raw cones are taken from the pallet and loaded into the dye-house carrier. After dyeing, the cones are removed from the carrier and fed to the hydro extractor. Coming out of the hydro extractor, they are placed on the pallet again; the pallet is then transferred manually or automatically to the radio frequency dryer, which takes the cones in automatically. At the exit, a Cartesian robot picks the dried cones and places them back on the pallet.
